DO NOT to gender-based violence!!
On November 25th, International Day Against Gender Violence, from Xacobasket we want to reaffirm our commitment to combating gender-based violence as the greatest sign of inequality between women and men.
This year, in our country, we have surpassed the dramatic number of more than a thousand women killed by their partners or expressed since official records exist in 2003. Violence that has also claimed the lives of 34 children since 2013, as a result of violence on their mothers, has left 275 children orphaned.
Therefore, on this day, as well as on the other 364 days of the year, we want to show our support to all victims: murdered women, daughters and sons, mothers and fathers, sisters and brothers, friends and friends. We share their pain, their desolation and we fight their cause.
